We use purchase and support information to deliver your ebook, help with your order and keep the store secure.

Order and payment information

When you purchase an ebook, the store receives information needed to identify and fulfill the transaction. This can include your name, email address, country, purchased title, amount, payment status and PayPal transaction references.

Payments are handled by PayPal. We do not receive your payment-card number or PayPal password. Do not send us your PayPal password or full card details. PayPal’s handling of your information is described in its privacy statement.

Downloads and order recovery

We use order and access records to confirm that a purchase is paid, provide the correct files, enforce the retrieval deadline and handle recovery or refunds. Keep your private order and download links to yourself; another person with a working link may be able to access your files.

Website operation and security

Cloudflare hosts the website and supports its delivery and security. Technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information and request time, may be processed to serve pages, investigate errors and prevent abuse. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.

Receipt and recovery emails

Resend processes your email address and the order or recovery message to deliver transactional emails. These messages contain private links to your order. We do not enable email open or link tracking.

Support messages

Support email is forwarded through Cloudflare to our support inbox. If you ask for help, we use the information you provide to investigate and respond. Include the order reference and relevant details, but avoid sensitive information that is not needed to resolve the issue.

How information is used and retained

Purchase information is used for fulfillment, payment reconciliation, refunds, customer service, security and required business records. A purchase does not sign you up for promotional email.

The 30-day download window is not a promise to erase all order information after 30 days. Transaction and support records may need to be kept longer for accounting, resolving disputes, preventing abuse or meeting applicable obligations.
