Start with the order you already placed. Keep its reference handy so a payment or download problem can be traced without charging you again.

Email support@truecrimeamerica.us for help with downloads, payments or refunds. Include your order reference, the email used for payment and a short description of the problem.

Before starting another payment

Check your PayPal activity and your existing order. If payment is pending, wait for confirmation. If a completed charge appears but your downloads do not, keep the transaction reference and the date and amount of payment.

A file will not open

Check that the file has fully downloaded and that your reading app supports PDF or EPUB. Both versions are included. See ebook help for format guidance.

Refunds and payment questions

The refund request window is 7 days from purchase. Review the refund policy before emailing support.

Never include your PayPal password or full card details in a support message.

Save your files while they are available

The retrieval window is 30 days from the time your files become available. Check the deadline shown with your order, download both formats and make a backup. The copies you save do not expire.
